You want to know every DVD about you fav' band? it

Kiss in Chili. Nice show in 94 with multi camera. Line up with eric singer and kulick. That edition is well filmed, nothing to say but the quality of the image is not expected.U can select the songs. The concert should need more special effects........so not the best show to get from Kiss.

U will get a double dvd with 136 mn of music & bonus. First if u like big US show with pyro, raised drum kit , great lights show with big screen and a beautiful stage filmes by a tons of cameras , this show is for u. Also, with a track list quiet  interesting "Unholy" , "war machine" ...just know u get report between songs "The dressing room" or "the meets & greets".u also the choice to see sometimes  the show with or without "Powervision"  ( 4 small screens to see each musicians....just funny).Of course, it's more a theatrical show than a hard rock show, of course the audience is not young  "slayer" kids ( or with their familly) , but i don't care cause the show is nice "i want u ".Just know two of the original guys are not there ( Tommy & eric on drums .... but not very lively ???).

If u like with that hard "AC/DC" rock band from Switzerland , just know u can have a bonus dvd with the special edition of "Hoodoo". It's  a nice pro show recorded in 2009 in a big open air stadium.The image in 4:3 is very good and the sound very clear.u will get interviews in deutch between  each songs ..Just now about the cd that " Hoodoo" was certified platinum in the band's home country for sales in excess of 30,000 copies. Which it's not bad nowdays and explains the big light show that night.The set is quiet short.

This dvd is cult for fans, a real must have but before getting it, just know it's a bootleg filmed with one camera. Not a bad work, but not tip top !Mostly for the sound, not inaudible but quiet muffled. The scenery is nice ( pentacle, candles, church walls...),worthy of the king.The atmosphere is heavy, many headbangers...

A menu to select the "song selection" or "music videos" ("The family ghost",the frightening "welcome home" or the excellent "sleepless night").One more time the sound (even so many solos)) and the image (quiet better) is not very good, better than usual but it's still a raw bootleg.Nontheless, nothing else, so it will give u a good idea of the King Diamond's band ( King Diamond :,Andy LaRocque :,Michael Denner, Timi Hansen , Mickey Dee).A very professional band.

Here is the line up of that black metal band.: Thertonax (aka Mentor) - Guitars (also Vocals, Bass) (1993-) (Zemial (Grc), Nocturnal Death, Bestiis Dare),Nosoforos - Vocals (Bass previously), Vriareos - Drums.The band offers to his fans a complete dvd bonus witha show recorded in Paris in 2010 and bonus videos  Ophiolatreia (video), plus a Biography & Photos.With the biography u will learn more about the beginning of the band: "The band was formed in 1993 by Mentor the guitarist/vocalist (now known as Thertonax) and Necroabysious (at the time vocalist). They quickly recorded a 7” split with Sigh. At this time Archemoros and Hephaisteion joined the band. On their recording of their mini LP drummer Nick joined. In 1999 Nick and Archemoros left the band".The show  filmed in Paris by  some  private cameras  is raw; a small gig with a small stage but they 've tried to make a product well organized. More a bootleg in the spirit, it 's a  nice bonus. If u don't like undergound black metal....u won't change ur mind....U will get all elements here ( corpse painting, shrill voice, contained anger....) but the sound is not bad  at all for such a small room....mostly for guitars.


 

 Since being signed to Megaforce Records in 1987, KING'S X has released twelve studio albums and many bootlegs. If u like the band u will be disppointed  not by the quality,  good stuff, full screen but by the video montage ( even very professional) is  full of cuts.I know many people hate it due to a big headache. Nonetheless, if u like their groovy metal, i suggest to have a look one time cause the video is clear and the sound very good.I have a good moment even i am not a big fan of  Dug' vocals.

A show filmed and recorded in Kinen Park in Tokyo , Japan, oct 4 th 1987. The dvd is a bootleg with a menu? Kuni played 3 songs plus an interview "shine on",  " Looking for action", "hands up"; The image is in 4:3, full screen, not the best quality but watchable. This open air festival charity  is good , big audience, very pro recording, a nice to see a young Sotto in action.Good also to see more bands like Quiet riot with Paul Shortino (quiet rare ,isn't it?)....and Dio at night. with a shinning " rainbow in the dark". For all fans of 80's.

Full screen, nice intro, menu, nice image ....everything to get in.But just know it's a performance with a symphonic  orchestra in a  nice theatre for a great acoustic set.The most impressive work is the cameras angles( except if u're fed up with quick plans for the first songs).U will also a beautiful & subtle light show ( like a Tv popular show).U will have Steve Morse on guitars after a few songs.Wel, it's quiet , not hard rock at all but if u know kansas , u won't be disapointed.Forewarned is forearmed !

One more show for KISS ( mostly if u get all KISSology's). The show was recorded by TV at the UDO festival ( where u can bought a make up kit from KISS).The UDO was a rock music festival held in Japan in July 2006. The festival took place over two days in two locations -Fuji Speedway in the shizuoka  prefecture in Osaka..The festival featured mostly older non-Japanese rock bands including Kiss, Social Distortion, and Santana.So of course, the stage is big (with flame), the cameras made a very good job (japan rules). The image is not great due to the  transfer but very correct for a TVbootleg.The band is in good health that night, good vibe with the audience...sure to get it in official release one day !

One more show to get for KIX, recorded at M3 Rock Festival,Merriweather Post Pavilion ,Columbia, MD.in May. 11th. 2012.The dvd has a menu & chapters. Same style with a small set list: Hot Wire,  Heartache,  No Ring Around Rosie,  Lie Like a Rug,  Midnite Dynamite,  Cold Blood,  Blow My Fuse,  Yeah, Yeah, Yeah.One more time the image is good, many nice plans and the sound better than others shows; Not the top but due to the voice quiet weak but the whole set is lively  (on guitars) and pro orchestration....and u can see  that people are happy. I don't know if it's midnight but....almost dynamite !
